  Village Home Online Registration

Welcome to your online portal for Village Home class registration! This page describes the online process and some terminology. We've designed these pages to improve the speed and accuracy of registration using the familiar "shopping cart" style.

In order to understand your family's needs, we need some information from you:

  • Your family information including emergency contact and physician.
  • The classes that you and your children want to enroll in.
  • The membership plan (membership is not required.)
  • Your agreement to pay for the classes you buy.

The user menu contains all the links needed to collect that information.

Registration Steps

Start at the User Menu and follow these steps:

  1. Login:
    • Registered online before? Login to your account using the email address and password you previously used. If you forget the email address or it has changed, do not make a new account! Contact office@villagehome.org with your name, phone number and comment so we can assist you.
    • New to Village Home? Establish a user account by clicking the "I'm a new user" link and following the prompts.
  2. Edit Family Information:
    • Registered online before? Select "Edit Family Information" from the User Menu and make any changes or corrections to update your account. You must complete this step in order to register!
    • New to Village Home? From the User Menu click "Edit Family Information," and complete your family record.
  3. Shop for Classes and Activities
Now you are ready to shop classes and activities and add them to your cart. A separate checkbox for each registered family member will be on the left hand side of the page when you click on a class or activity.
  4. Confirm Your Shopping Cart Items
When you are done shopping, you will be asked to review your selections. If you have unwanted or conflicting classes, make necessary adjustments, then proceed to select your preferred membership plan.
  5. Select a Membership Option
Village Home is a membership-based community, although you can enroll for classes without being a member. (For information about Membership Options, please see the Membership Plans information online or in this catalog.) When you select the membership option that you prefer, your tuition will be adjusted automatically to reflect your choice.
  6. Final Review and Participation Agreement
Save your selections, review, understand, and accept the terms of the “Participation Agreement” and click the “PLACE MY ORDER” link. Once saved, your cart items will be moved into your student's schedule and you will be taken to the "Enrollment Confirmation" page that includes a confirmation ID number. This is your invoice.
