In order to register for classes, you MUST have a user account.

What if I don't have or don't want to use a credit card?
You may pay by cash or check.
Back
How do you know I am enrolled in my selected classes?
Class enrollments are not guaranteed until the completion of the 'Checkout' process where a receipt has been created, and payment has been made. When you submit your registrations, the system will verify all of your selections to confirm that space is still available. If a class or program fills before you checkout, the system will place you on a waitlist and note that on your receipt. You will not be charged for any classes you are waitlisted on.
Back
Will confirmation of my online registrations be emailed or sent via US mail?
Neither. If you need a receipt, print the receipt screen to your own printer after submitting payment. If you don't have a printer or forget, you can view your current registrations and invoices receipts online by logging into your accountt and clicking the 'Invoice” link.
Back
How do I cancel an online registration, once I have been through the checkout process?
All cancellations must be made in person or over the phone. Please
call or visit the Office to process the cancellation. Please note our
Refund Policy (next FAQ question). If you want to add classes, you
may do so online from your home computer.
Back
What is your refund policy?
All programs operate with a minimum enrollment requirement, as well as maximum enrollment capacities. Village Home reserves the right to cancel, change, or combine programs when minimum enrollment has not been met.
When Village Home cancels or postpones a class, all tuition and fees are refundable. If a participant requests to drop or change a class during the Add/Drop period, the Tuition will be refunded, but material fees and membership fees are not refundable. After the add/drop period, no refunds are given if the participant cancels.
Back
Can I pay for part of the class or activity fee now and part later?
Payment arrangements to spread payment into two or three payments can be made. An additional processing fee applies.
Back
Is financial aid available?
Financial aid is available on a limited basis. To apply, contact the office prior to registration at office@villagehome.org.
Back
Why can't I register for the class I want? or Are there classes I can't sign up for using online registration?
Sometimes a class fills before regular registration due to continuing students and faculty and volunteers who have earned priority enrollment. If a class is full, and you try to register for it, you will be put on the waitlist, and will see that you are waitlisted on the screen.
Back
Can I enroll a child that is almost the correct age for a class?
Usually. In most cases, we leave that decision up to the family, but
we ask that you CAREFULLY consider it before placing a child in a
class out-of-age-range by more than one year. Remember that an
important part of classroom environment is social interaction.
Sometimes there are really smart 8-year-olds who can do high school
level work, but, socially, they are still 8 years old. Please be
sure that your child functions academically and socially at the age-
range designed for the class before enrolling them out-of-range. If
you are considering placing a student way out of the age range, we
recommend consulting with the teacher first. Note that if you register
a child in a class designaged for an older group, you may be contacted
to discuss the placement and you may be asked to change registration
to a more appropriate age group.
In some cases, a class description includes an "Age Range INFLEXIBLE"
notation. If an age range is inflexible, the student must fall within
the noted range.
Back
After registration, how can I verify what classes my family members are currently registered in?
